Our body gives us so many signs that We are not that healthy as we think. And I just realized that thinking that you’re healthy and being healthy are totally different. Also everyone don’t have an apple a day to keep doctor away even though you are keeping doctor away, you should really read this whole post.

What do you think about being healthy? Having flat stomach and getting lean like celebrates? Yes, people with flat stomach and thin bodies are healthy but that doesn’t mean these are necessary for good health.

The official definition of health – “a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” – WHO world health organization.

We have already discussed above things in our post Warning signs that you are not healthy #1. Now let’s jump in to the post.

Physical, Mental and social all these factors involves when it comes to health. So when it comes to health every single matter counts.

Your body gives you few signs about your health some of them are good and few of them aren’t so let’s look what are they.

Symptoms:

  • Witnessed breathing pauses during sleep
  • Excessive daytime sleepiness
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Morning headaches

  • loosing weight if you are overweight.

  • limit or totally avoid alcohol .
  • quit smoking.
  • Raise up the head of your bed.

  • Be gentle with your hair.
  • protect hair from sunlight or ultraviolet light.
  • Quit smoking.
